Funds are available to income qualified City of Chetek residents for home repairs including: Insulation, heating, plumbing, electrical, windows, doors, city water/sewer connections, roofing, foundations, siding, wells/septic systems. The CDBG Home Repair Program provides 0% interest, deferred payment, loans. Homeowners Are required to pay back the loan when they no longer own or occupy their home.
